Add cluster as release plugin uses -1 for medium number when seeding

      See for example MBS-6053 and MBS-6071. It seems to work some of the time, but other times it uses keys like "mediums.-1.track.0.length" when seeding which just causes a crash on the server. Obviously the server should be more robust, but Picard should also seed things correctly in the first place.

      Wild guess, but perhaps it's related to the presence/absence of disc numbers in the tags?
