I suggest that the default colours of the analyze status would have more contrast between them. Right now the unanalyzed grey is just that, grey. Something more striking, but not red (red should be left for something critical, error or whatever), would be my choice.

Also, when analyzing clustered files, cluster colours should probably indicate this as well. Right now all clusters are plain black, regardless of whether the files in the cluster are analyzed or not.
