It looks like the https://github.com/musicbrainz/picard/blob/master/contrib/plugins/open_in_gui.py plugin is now redundant, as there are an Open and Open Folder actions on the built-in context menu. If it is not redundant, then it should have a description clarifying what it is good for, which it currently lacks.
