Add the tagging options to the Picard toolbar

      Is it possible to add the "Save tags", "Move files", and "Rename files" options from the Options menu to the toolbar?
      There are times when I frequently change these options, especially when "cleaning" a badly tagged collection.
      It'd also be useful to see them 'at a glance'.
