The Add Files and Add Folder buttons/menu options don't bring up the file dialog

      Pressing either Add button or choosing either Add menu option doesn't do anything. It worked fine when I was running the official build, but no longer works when I started using the daily build from http://build.oxygene.sk/job/package-picard-win-daily/
