Replace "Add Folder..." & "Add Files..." with "Open..."

      Picard doesn't need 2 ways of opening files and folders. Instead, the "Add Folder..." & "Add Files..." menu options and "Add Folder" & "Add Files" buttons should be replaced with a simple "Open..." menu option and "Open" button. Native OS file pickers can be configured to add both files and folders, as well as having filters set up as well.
