MusicBrainz/AcoustID entities should be hyperlinked in Picard

      It would be more convenient if AcoustIDs and MusicBrainz MBIDs were presented as hyperlinks in Picard. Rather than copy an ID, go to my browser, type in the URL and paste in the ID, I'd just like to click it and have the page open in my browser.
