Drag&dropping a cluster onto the left pane doesn't work as expected

The only way to drag&drop a cluster from the right pane onto the left pane is if the dropping is done directly over the 'unmatched files' or clusters' folders.

I expected to be able to drop a cluster onto the big whitespace below the folders and have the cluster move into the 'clusters' folder.
