Hey.
Currently, it seems, that looking up the metadata of a CD via its discID works only when the physical CD medium is available.
Shouldn't the same be possible just via:
a) a CUE sheet and an image file (of the whole CD) or track files
b) the track files alone (without any CUE sheets), as long as all of them are there
It would be nice if these could be used as well, to tag files have already been ripped from CD.
One could e.g. let the user mark all per-track-files that should be used for the lookup ... and/or ... simply take everything from the current dir.
Of course if the lookup is done not via the CUE sheet, but via the track files alone, they'd need to be in order. The user could be given a dialogue where he sees the assumed order or maybe where he even can change that via drag and drop.
Thanks,
Chris.
