MediaMonkey stores rating tags for ID3 with the "no@email" e-mail. However, Vorbis files will be saved with an empty e-mail.

If I want to have Picard read ratings for both formats simultaneously, I must modify the picard/format/id3.py or vorbis.py files and hardcode the e-mail in at least one of them, which is what I'm currently doing.

It would be much easier if we could set the e-mail depending on the tag format itself, for example if I could set ID3 tags to use 'no@email' and Vorbis tags to use ''.
