Expand all option submenus by default

      Right now, in the Options menu, the sub-menus of Metadata seem to be "hidden" by default, and require clicking the arrow / plus sign / whatever by Metadata to show them. That's not very obvious for something that is not supposed to be an advanced option (I assume, since they're not under Advanced). Given the menu is not that long in the first place, I'd suggest to just keep the submenu open by default (which should also make it more obvious that the symbol by "Advanced" is an "open me" clickable symbol).

          I'm in favor of expanding the entire tree. But maybe we should remember the state?

          Expanding the whole tree be default perhaps, and we may replace [+] by other symbol if it helps.
