"Translate artist to this locale where possible" pulls sort name instead of artist name

To recreate, turn on translate to Japanese locale and load http://musicbrainz.org/release/05bb808d-d6f7-4113-bc2f-b81796cfd611 in the tagger.

Artist name is 横山克 in the database, but the tagger will load "Masaru Yokoyama" instead.
