The UI elements for the new multiple Tagging Script functionality introduced by PICARD-883 would benefit from a minor enhancement to allow the divider between the list of scripts and the script text to be moveable in order to vary their sizes.

In particular, using the default size for the pop-up Options window, the script box is about two thirds the width of the list of scripts. With a moveable divider, the default width of the list of scripts should be made smaller.
