'Open plugin folder' button opens up %appdata% plugins folder

I think that the location for the plugin directory has been changed from appdata to program files some time ago (I received some warnings that I should move my plugins there when looking at the picard log), but upon clicking the 'Open plugins folder' from Options/plugins, it still opens up the directory in %appdata%/roaming and not in program files. So one of them has to be changed so it points out only to one directory.
