Download buttons don't work in IE8

    • Type: Bug
    • Resolution: Won't Do
    • Priority: Normal

Opening https://picard.musicbrainz.org/downloads/ in IE8 log two errors in its developer console:

      • Something about an attribute or method not being support in jquery.min.js, line 4, position 6105
      • Bootstrap requiring jQuery

I think this makes it so that clicking on the download button doesn't open the mirror selection menu. MB itself still supports IE8, so the picard website should as well.
