Allow searching for tags

      For example, searching for "rock" would find tags like "rock", "modern rock", "classic rock", stuff like that.

      The NGS direct search does have a way to search for tags (so I can do what I originally wanted), so if people think we don't need it in the indexed search as well, this can be closed.
