Index unset artist countries as unknown

      It would be nice if we could easily search for country:unknown for artists (probably also applies to releases and labels).

      In the meantime, http://musicbrainz.org/search?query=%28type%3Aperson+OR+type%3Agroup+OR+type%3Aother+OR+type%3Aunknown%29+AND+NOT+country%3A%5BAA+TO+ZZ%5D&type=artist&limit=25&advanced=1 should work (but isn't very obvious)
