Non-ASCII characters appear to be broken in the FreeDB search

      The artist on the first line of http://musicbrainz.org/search/textsearch.html?query=super+eurobeat+ayu-ro+mix&type=freedb&limit=25&handlearguments=1 is just boxes for me, but it looks fine on http://musicbrainz.org/freedb/import.html?catid=newage/b811100e searching for the artist http://musicbrainz.org/search/textsearch.html?query=%E6%B5%9C%E5%B4%8E%E3%81%82%E3%82%86%E3%81%BF&type=freedb&limit=25&handlearguments=1 can't find it either.

      I've tried various other searches and it seems that all non-ASCII characters are now completely broken in the FreeDB search.
