Search api returns zero results with unicode hyphen instead of dash in query

      Using the band, blink-182, as an example, the following API call results in zero results:

      http://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/artist/?query=artist%3Ablink-182&limit=1

      ...whereas replacing the hyphen with a space returns fine:

      http://musicbrainz.org/ws/2/artist/?query=artist%3ABlink%20182&limit=1
