Add first release date to the results of indexed search for release groups

      A search of release-groups with query=… does not return first-release-date. This is a very useful bit of information when presenting a list of release-groups to the user (including sorting on this element). It is also inconsistent with an artist lookup (with inc=release-groups) and a browse of release-groups specifying artist MBID.
