Building annotation Index is failing with 'This statement has been closed'

      This happened on warps machine (all other indexes built okay) I then tried it on my own server and hit the same problem , this has never ocurred before.

      Does it work okay for you my suspcision is that it is something to do with your changeset [12657] , could you take a look please ?
