(This was the second part of now split SEARCH-430.)
Release may have different title than their release group.
Or here is an example of a difficult name that has a convenient search hint alias in RG:
The release-group “Pluri((elles))” has a search hint alias “Plurielles”, but its release “Pluri((elles))” has currently no alias, so:
- Release group found: https://musicbrainz.org/search?type=release_group&query=plurielles
- Its release(s) not found: https://musicbrainz.org/search?type=release&query=plurielles
It would be a pity to have to repeat all RG aliases in all its releases.
More conveniently, the release search should take benefit of release group aliases, quite similarly to how recording search takes benefit of all track names.
