Right now a search such as https://musicbrainz.org/search?query=tag%3Apodcast&type=release_group&limit=25&method=advanced also shows RGs where the tag has been used, but where its vote count is currently 0 or even negative. That means the community does not think the tag actually applies though, so the entity should not be findable via that tag in this case.
