We have release quality in the index (in fact we allow to search by it), but we are not returning the value as part of release responses AFAICT. This seems suboptimal: if we can tell the data users that we know this particular result is especially good or, even more importantly, known to be fairly bad, we should do it. Lookup and browse requests return quality info by default.
