The script create-musicbrainz-collections is not correctly detecting some failures from the Collections API, thus wrongly allowing the Docker container to start with some missing collections. This bug has been detected while testing the pull request mbsssss#59, more particularly the commit dce901d2.

It should instead abort with an exit status code and print the error message from the API.
