Update "theatre style"

      I have written an update to the "Theatre style" guideline. Substantial changes:

      • Recording ACs to performers, in line with similar changes to CSG (particularly the non-controversial parts of RFC-348).
      • Move cast information to disambiguation, as this is how it's used currently.
      • Drop the exclusion of ETI such as "music from", inline with other soundtrack usage.

      Other than that, I reformatted it a bit, removing a lot of bold and italic that made it harder to read, reorganizing the guidelines into sections, and removing the numbering.
