Add a separate artist-level URL relationship for Google Play URLs

      A few years ago, "purchase for download" autoselect was removed from Google Play URLs because some artists release free downloads through the service. For this reason it would be nice to have a separate Google Play URL relationship at the artist level (similar to what we already have for CD Baby URLs, for much the same reason).
