      http://www.recmusic.org/lieder/ has plenty of lyrics for art songs, and it also respects copyright on the ones which aren't public domain (see http://www.recmusic.org/lieder/get_text.html?TextId=86990 ). As such, it seems like a good choice for the lyrics whitelist.
