The "tour by" relationship is the only Event-related relationship linkable to Artists, so any residencies or other single-location concert series by a single artist are forced into the same category.

For example: Manilow Broadway is linked to Barry Manilow as "tour by", even though the Events contained therein all occurred in one location (and several years after Manilow completed his last-ever major tour).
