Add "task"/"type" field to "artwork" credit

      Credits of the type "cover art work" are reasonably common e.g.

      However it's only possible to assign a general "artwork" credit in MB at the moment.

      The solution discussed on IRC is to add a "task" or "type" free text field to the "artwork" credit as already exists for the "miscellaneous support" credit.
