Add Second Hand Songs URL relationships for Artists and Releases

      Second Hand Songs were added as an URL relationship for Works back in May 2011[1][2], but the site also has pages for Artists and Releases.

      E.g.:
      Artist: http://www.secondhandsongs.com/artist/41
      Release: http://www.secondhandsongs.com/release/418

      I propose that we enable linking to these pages as well.
