As you can see here, I can attach works on BookBrainz to a MusicBrainz artist. However, they appear as blanket BookBrainz external links and we cannot add any qualifiers to them. I think it would encourage cross-pollination between the databases if we could add a more detailed qualifier to BookBrainz links. For example, we could link to an artist's biography on BookBrainz and set it as "biography" or link a work to a manuscript.
