      An official release group page should be a separate website created specifically for the release group. It should not be just a sub-section of the artist's site.

      The only listed example is a dead link.

      Please clarify what "separate website" and "sub-section of the artist's site" mean.  For example, is https://www.utadahikaru.jp/badmode/ a "separate website" or a "sub-section of the artist's site" https://www.utadahikaru.jp/ and why?  I consider it to be a "separate website" due to at least the following 3 reasons:
