a KiT album is like an advanced flash drive, but for cellphones- it's started to become pretty popular in k-pop music. basically, if you install the KiT player app, you attach the album to your headphone jack, and it'll download the music, so you can play it in the app!

we actually have the release shown in that video, in musicbrainz, but its format is currently "other". it would be great if we could add a format for this, since none of the existing ones really fit.
