Clarify that disambiguation comments should only be provided if they are useful

      https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Disambiguation_Comment says,

You will be prompted to enter a disambiguation comment any time you try to add a new artist or label that shares its name with an existing one, but you'll not be prompted to enter a disambiguation comment for the "old" one, nor for works, recordings, releases and release groups. To enhance the search results, you should ideally provide a disambiguation comment for all the identically named entities, by navigating to their pages and editing them.

It's hard to tell if the guidance is meant to apply only to artists and labels, or everything.  If everything, then this guidance doesn't seem correct.  For example, a MusicBrainz Recording is typically presented with both its title and its Artist Credits.  Reasonable people would not expect two Recordings with the same title to have a disambiguation when the differing Artist Credits can be used to determine which is which.

Without knowing the original intent, it's hard to know if my proposed rewrite is acceptable, but I think it's better guidance:

You will be prompted to enter a disambiguation comment any time you try to add a new artist or label that shares its name with an existing one, but you'll not be prompted to enter a disambiguation comment for the "old" one. To enhance the search results, you should ideally provide a disambiguation comment for the existing identically named entities, by navigating to their pages and editing them.

Note that identically named works, recordings, releases and release groups do not require disambiguation comments. In most cases, these entities can be identified by the artists that are linked to them, or by the properties of the entitiy (e.g., a Single-type Release Group vs. an Album-type Release Group). Avoid using redundant information as the disambiguation comment.
