      this may seem a bit silly, but I can think of at least two ways these could be used.

      • to connect multiple related series, such as the Toast Beard and Remix War competitions or the multiple WOW series.
      • to connect different types of series which refer to the same franchise (also suggested in MBS-8273. for example, Star Wars or Final Fantasy. that is, if we want to handle (multi)media franchises this way.
