I'm guessing there are names for the various styles of Ethiopian and Eritrean religious music, but the only one I can find information on in English is "zema" for the chanting. This genre would cover harp music, drumming, etc. in the meantime.

I would use the name "Orthodox Tewahedo music" since this would cover the very similar church music of Eritrea (which does not identify with the name Ethiopian)
