Allow for artists to be marked as founded, on hiatus/paused, and dissolved. There are plenty of bands that go on hiatus for a few years and then return but never disbanded, there are soloists that takes hiatuses that last 1-18 years before returning and etc.

In the interest of MusicBrainz being an encyclopaedia, it would be better for the information to have when a band has taken 8 hiatuses and still hasn't dissolved, rather than it just staying in constant "active" status when they are not status, and would make for clearer more concise information flow and tracking.
