Nawak Metal is a subgenre of Avant-Garde Metal, Prog Metal and Funk Metal.

Most famous Nawak Metal band - and more or less genre creator - is Mr. Bungle.

"Nawak Metal" is mostly a genre name used in French speaking countries.

In Australia, people often refer to it as Circus Metal instead.

In USA people start to use Sporkore instead.

Any of these three names could fit indeed.
