Current broadcast guidelines allow for "Collections" along side single episode releases, for example...

However, there is no way to distinguish between episodes and "collections" which is the equivalent of mixing singles EPs and albums.
Common nomenclatures for these types of collections are "seasons" or "series" (not used here to avoid confusion with series entities). This is common for audio dramas, podcasts and broadcasts

When released digitally or physically, broadcasts are generally collected as seasons and it is sensible to apply release credits to a season.

Seasons are a unique release type because individual episodes (or tracks) can be released over a period of time. The release date of a season should therefore be the release date of the final episode. Individual release dates for episodes can be attributed using URL or broadcast by relationships or can be added as individual releases per current guidelines. Naming of seasons should follow current guidelines for collections, ie name given by source or a generic "Broadcast Title: Season/Series #" or "Broadcast Title: Series Title"
Alternative: These could be added as "compilations," however broadcast compilations are better understood as releases which combine or mix episodes from distinct seasons

I think this is a sensible approach to help further clarify broadcast releases within the database.
