I think we should add a new flag for URL relationships to denote that an entity (typically an artist or label) isn't actively using a URL (often a social media profile), but there is still content there related to the entity.

an example usecase, many users are currently leaving Twitter, and surely some (me included) aren't deleting their old Twitter profiles, just simply leaving them inactive. if we have a new attribute for inactive URLs, they could be not shown or flagged as inactive by external tools like ListenBrainz or other services that use our data
