Add "Deutsche Nationalbibliothek" to whitelist for other databases

      Since the "Deutsche Nationalbibliothek" (German National Library) is now completely accessible online at http://www.dnb.de we should whitelist it as a german database.
      It has extensive interlinked data on all it's entries, e.g. http://d-nb.info/974545074
