Add a new medium format "dts Audio CD" for CD's that are encodes as DTS streams

      Just like we have formats for special kinds of CD encoding like HDCD, I propose we add a "dts Audio CD" medium format for dts encoded CDs.

      For the name, I got the "dts Audio CD" from here... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5.1_Music_Disc

      Something shorter like "dts CD" may be appropriate.
