I would like to add http://quebecinfomusique.com/ (short url : http://www.qim.com/) to the "Other Databases Whitelist".

Québec Info Musique was founded in 1997 and the website is online since 1999. It's a databases of Québecois (Canada's french-speaking province of Quebec) artists (biographies, discographies, credits). It has 729 artists (and their releases) at this time in the database. The site is ran by a dozen people and "QIM" is also a non-profit organization.

I'm not sure how entities should be normalized but it has artist pages, album pages and biography pages.
