In this edit: https://musicbrainz.org/edit/30176531 – I added a link to a biography of an artist, while their official website had already been linked. Two other editors objected to this as redundant. I find their arguments persuasive, so I'd like to update the guidelines for URLs (particularly the biography URL) to make it clear that it should only be used if the site is not already linked under another AR.

Or if this isn't consensus, we should say that.
