We currently have two "hybrid formats", Hybrid SACD and DualDisc which actually have two different sides or layers which we would like to capture as separate mediums. But listing Hybrid SACD or DualDisc twice is confusing.

I propose we split Hybrid SACD and DualDisc as follows

Hybrid SACD
Hybrid SACD (CD layer)
Hybrid SACD (SACD layer)

DualDisc
DualDisc (CD side)
DualDisc (DVD side)

The CD layer and CD side formats would support discid, the SACD layer and DVD side formats would not.

This would make it more clear what is going on when multiple mediums are used on these releases to differentiate the content on the CD and on the SACD/DVD side/layers.

Style wise this would improve things as we would no longer have to add artificial disc title's to differentiate the mediums.
