      Description

Now that we have events and places, I don't think the rationale on https://musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Specific_types_of_releases/Live_bootlegs make sense any more. We have a proper way to store that data, so it doesn't justify storing it in the release and release group title when it's not part of the title.

I think the guideline is fine for unnamed releases, since it's not useful for them to all be called [untitled], but we don't change the names of official live releases and we don't change the name of non-live named bootlegs, so it's also inconsistent that it's suddenly ok to insert a load of extra stuff when a release has a name but it's both live and a bootleg.

I think it should go back to being only about unnamed releases and release groups.
