Most of the Places designated as Venues in MB fall into three categories: Outdoor amphitheaters, Concert halls/Theaters and Clubs. Ordinarily I'd argue for splitting Venue into these three types but I acknowledge the possibility there may be other Venue types that do not fall into the aforementioned categories.

Amphitheatre: A large, permanent outdoor stage. Typically has a fixed seating area and a lawn that extends further to the rear.
      Example: Gexa Energy Pavilion

Concert hall/Theatre: An indoor performance facility with fixed seating.
Example: Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center

Club: A small venue that hosts concerts and social events. May or may not have a dedicated stage or seating.
      Example: Trees
