Add "held in" and "held at" relationships for Series/Festival

      Many festivals are annually taking place on the same location. We already support linking Area- and Place-entities with Event. It would make sense also to support linking same entities with Series/Festival. These relationships could use the same names as event relationships. We currently can't store begin (or end dates) on Series/Festival but could solve this by using dates with these relationships.
