This is a sort of improvement/addendum to the current voice actor relationship. In the case of live action portrayals, neither the "performs as" relationship nor the "voice of" relationship is fully appropriate.
I should note that this relationship is meant for instances such as tokusatsu series and live action movies in which there are songs sung by characters. This relationship should not supersede existing guidelines for Western musical theatre and film soundtracks.

月野うさぎ was portrayed by 沢井美優

In the future, the "voice of" relationship could be converted into a subtype of this relationship.
